Les Mystères de Paris
When artist and MOP Projects director Nana Ohnesorge won a Paris residency and the Reg Richardson Travel Scholarship at her graduation exhibition (National Art School) in 2005, she had been dreaming of such a residency for 15 years. Delayed through postgraduate studies in 2006 (when she also won the MCQ International Student Prize), her dream was finally realized in 2007.
In her first solo show at James Dorahy Project Space, the artist reflects on the sensory and emotional journey through the city of dreams in an installation of drawing, painting and sculpture.
